Rental and Reservations Policies:

Reservations are confirmed when payment is received.

Parties & Yard Cardies provides all occasion yard sign rentals for residences, as well as commercial businesses. One-day RENTAL prices include display installation, removal, and travel within 15 minutes of our storage location. Our greetings are a great way to celebrate any occasion or event and can make a fun surprise for someone special. Book your Yard Cardie today to reserve your special date! Payment is required at booking to confirm and hold your reservation/date.

Parties & Yard Cardies serves Alabaster, Chelsea, Helena, Indian Springs, Pelham, and Riverchase communities. Surrounding communities are welcome, please contact us directly for availability, travel fees may apply.

After order checkout, please reply to our confirmation email with a picture of the front of the house/placement location.

Please mow your lawn the day before your event (if needed) and water it for 30 minutes a day for the 5 days leading up to setup. The yard needs to be moist for the yard card placement. This will ensure the ground is properly prepared for your yard card display. We REALLY need your help in this area to ensure the stakes will go into the ground for your special occasion. We also ask you to not cut your grass while the display is out. You assume responsibility for protecting our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up, or after we take them down. We also ask that your lawn is free of pet waste.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

Please do not move any items. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize the signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items are the property of Parties & Yard Cardies. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun, and if a hot balloon blows against our signs they may become damaged.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

You are assuming responsibility for missing or damaged lawn display items. If our signs, stakes, or lights are lost or damaged you will be charged $5 per stake, $10 for light, and/or $20-35 for each sign depending on the size.

You are assuming responsibility for approval from any HOA, management, or business owners for the display placement.

We reserve the right to make adjustments or changes to your greeting due to yard size or conditions. (This may include the location of installation, levels of stakes/signs, length or phrasing, etc.) We want your greeting to look amazing!

We like to take pictures of the greetings that we install in yards such as yours, and we may use the pictures to promote similar greetings on our website, social media, and through other marketing channels. To protect customer privacy, we will edit the pictures such that the delivery address is not shown in any picture. Parties & Yard Cardies is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Parties & Yard Cardies delivers your yard greeting rental the night before your event/celebration or very early in the morning. We begin installing greetings between 7 PM and 11 PM on the evening before your event, and guarantee the display out before 6 am on your reserved day.

Re-Delivery Fee:
We will charge an additional $25 if we must re-deliver due to:
The customer providing an incorrect address, date, or time (Please double-check the address, date, and time before ordering);
We are denied access to a gated community;
Animals that prevent us from installation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a full refund should be made at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations less than 3 days before an event will receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future reservation (based on our availability to be used within 12 months). Cancellations less than 24 hours from event date will not be refunded.
Our website will only accept orders 48 hours in advance of the event. If you are within 48 hours of your desired date, please email *protected email* to check availability; a rush fee may apply. Orders subject to change due to availability.

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. We will contact you to arrange a refund or rescheduling based on availability. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, tornadoes, heavy rain, hail, high winds, and any other significant event out of our control that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.

No refunds will be given due to the wrong address given by the customer after contact attempts go unreceived.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community after contact attempts go unreceived.
No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
